Agriculture and Forestry Bureau from Wuzhong District is not only going to pull tourism consumer market of Yangtze River Delta on the occasion of showing green Biluochun tea, but also takes a sight at international metropolis. From May 15 to 17, at the Shanghai International Tea Expo, we will have a look at the color and aroma of Biluochun tea from Suzhou Taihu Lake area. By then, manufacturers will focus on introducing production process of Biluochun tea, from careful picking (spreading out for cooling), deactivation of enzymes under high temperature, hot bunching up into shape and rolling into balls, to drying, cooling and packaging, during which one will feel that Biluochun tea is characterized by outstanding aroma beyond floral fragrance and sweet taste. As a native tea species from Suzhou, Biluochun has been becoming "the apple of eye" of Suzhou's people since ancient times, and widely concerned and highly praised by tea drinkers.
